CREATR respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy.

This privacy policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you visit the creatr.com, CCLI.org (collectively, these “Platform(s)”) and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.

This policy applies to the information we collect:

• On this Platform.
• In email, text, and other electronic messages between you and this Platform.
• Through mobile and desktop applications you download from Google Play and the Apple App Store, which provide dedicated non-browser-based interaction between you and this Platform.
• When you interact with our advertising and applications on third-party Platforms and services, if those applications or advertising include links to this policy.
• To data collected and shared with trusted third parties, such as the worship artists featured in the digital experiences. It does not apply to information collected by:
• From any third party, including through any application or content (including advertising) that may link to or be accessible from or on the Platform.

Where you provide us with your personal information in any of the ways described in this policy, you agree that, to the extent applicable, we may collect, store, and use it (a) in order to perform our contractual obligations to you, (b) based on our legitimate interest for processing (e.g., for our administrative purposes, Platform performance, or for the detection and/or prevention of crime), or (c) based on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time. CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 13

INFORMATION WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU AND HOW WE COLLECT IT

We collect several types of information from and about users of this Platform, including information:

• By which you may be personally identified, such as name, postal address, e-mail address, telephone number, date of birth, or any other information the Platform collects that is defined as personal or personally identifiable information under all applicable law (“personal information”);
• That is about you but individually does not identify you, such as demographic information and gender; and/or
• About your internet connection, the equipment you use to access this Platform, and usage details.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT THROUGH AUTOMATIC DATA COLLECTION TECHNOLOGIES.

As you navigate through and interact with this Platform, we may use automatic data collection technologies to collect certain information about your equipment, browsing actions, and patterns, including:

We do not collect personal information automatically, but we may tie this information to personal information about you that we collect from other sources or you provide to us.

THIRD-PARTY USE OF COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES.

Some content or applications, including advertisements, on the Platform are served by third-parties, including advertisers, ad networks and servers, content providers, and application providers. These third parties may use cookies alone or in conjunction with web beacons or other tracking technologies to collect information about you when you use this Platform. The information they collect may be associated with your personal information or they may collect information, including personal information, about your online activities over time and across different Platforms and other online services. We do not control these third parties’ tracking technologies or how they may be used. If you have any questions about an advertisement or other targeted content, you should contact the responsible provider directly.

We may disclose aggregated information about our users, and information that does not identify any individual, without restriction.

• To our subsidiaries and affiliates.

• To fulfill the purpose for which you provide it. For example, if you give us an email address to use the “email a friend” feature of our Platform, we will transmit the contents of that email and your email address to the recipients.

CHOICES ABOUT HOW WE USE AND DISCLOSE YOUR INFORMATION

We strive to provide you with choices regarding the personal information you provide to us. We have created mechanisms to provide you with the following control over your information:

• Tracking Technologies and Advertising. You can set your browser to refuse all or some browser cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If you disable or refuse cookies, please note that some parts of this site may then be inaccessible or not function properly.
• Promotional Offers from CCLI or CREATR. If you do not wish to have your email address/contact information used by CCLI or CREATR to promote our own or third parties’ products, services and/or organizations, you can opt-out by sending us an email stating your request to privacy@creatr.com. If we have sent you a promotional email, you may send us a return email asking to be omitted from future email distributions.

Accessing and Correcting Your Information

You may send us an email at privacy@creatr.com to request access to, correct or delete any personal information that you have provided to us. We cannot delete your personal information except by also deleting your user account. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.

RETENTION OF YOUR INFORMATION

Your information will be held and used for as long as necessary for our legitimate business purposes to the extent permitted by applicable law or regulation.

California Civil Code Section § 1798.83 permits users of this Platform that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. DATA SECURITY

We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers behind firewalls. Any payment transactions and quiz/assessment results will be encrypted using SSL technology.

The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of this Platform, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone. We urge you to be careful about giving out information in public areas of the Platform like message boards. The information you share in public areas may be viewed by any user of the Platform.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to this Platform. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Platform.

AFFILIATE PARTNERSHIPS AND LINKS TO OTHER PLATFORMS

CCLI or CREATR may accept monetary compensation through affiliate links, advertising, and sponsored collaborations in partnership with various brands and retailers. Posts and advertisements containing affiliate links can generate a commission on purchases made from clicking directly from this Platform to the online retailer. Please note that not all links published on this Platform are affiliate links.

CCLI or CREATR wants you to be aware that when you click on links and/or ad banners that take you to affiliated or third-party services, you will be subject to the privacy policies and terms of use of those services, not ours. We encourage you to read the posted privacy statement and user terms whenever using, and prior to providing any personal information to, any other service.

We may provide you with the ability to log into this Platform using a social media account. We do not control the activities of such social media services and have no control over the data they collect or their privacy practices. You should review their privacy practices before using any such social media service.

CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY

It is our policy to post any changes we make to our privacy policy on this page. If we make material changes to how we treat our users’ personal information, we will notify you through a notice on the Platform home page and/or via email.
