Online Purchases: Order Acceptance and Cancellation

After having received your order, we will send you a confirmation email with your order number and details of the items you have ordered. Acceptance of your order and the formation of the contract of sale between The Company and you will not take place unless and until you have received your order confirmation email. Online Purchases: Prices and Payment Terms.

Recurring Subscriptions

If you select a service on the Site with an auto renewal feature (“Recurring Subscription”), you authorize Creatr to maintain your account information and charge that account automatically upon the renewal of the service you choose with no further action required by you. In the event that Creatr is unable to charge your account as authorized by you when you enrolled in a subscription through Creatr, we, may in our sole discretion: (i) bill you for your service and suspend access to the service until payment is received, and/or (ii) seek to update your account information in order to continue your subscription as authorized by you.

Creatr may charge you for your subscription from time to time and will communicate to you in advance of any price changes. Price changes will take effect at the start of the next subscription period following the date of the price change. A permitted by law, you accept the new price by continuing your use of our services after the price change takes effect. You may reject the price change by cancelling your subscription. Please be sure to read any emails or other notifications sent by us.

If you subscribe through Apple mobile device or iTunes®, you can cancel through your account settings in the App Store. If you subscribed through our website, you can cancel by contacting Support at [email protected] or by going to Settings in your account, selecting Cancel in the subscriptions window and following the relevant on-screen instructions.
